Impact Suite is seeking licensed Teletherapists fluent in Spanish and English to provide virtual, solution-focused mental health care. This contractor role supports short-term care through secure teletherapy sessions, focusing on distress reduction, resilience, and sustainable change.

Therapists deliver short-term, goal-directed care with 6–8 sessions when appropriate, conduct risk assessments, and maintain professional documentation and confidentiality across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a licensed behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted license and teletherapy authorization in each jurisdiction served.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Experience in short-term solution-focused therapy and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual Spanish/English virtual therapy.
• Deliver short-term, goal-directed therapy with 6–8 sessions when appropriate.
• Assess risk, safety planning, and crisis response.
• Document sessions with accurate, timely records.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure telehealth practices.
• Coordinate referrals and extend care between sessions.
• Manage availability and comply with laws and contractor agreement.
