PHIHONG USA in Fremont, CA is seeking a Bilingual Technical Project Manager to lead power supply projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage technical programs, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and timelines, working closely with engineering, R&D, and vendors.

The role requires English-Mandarin bilingual communication, 5+ years of power systems experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required for collaboration with global teams and customers.
• 5+ years of industrial experience in power supply or related fields; familiarity with high-performance power systems is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and vendors.
• Act as technical liaison with key customer accounts and manage engineering activities including design concepts and prototypes.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and timelines for power supply systems and applications.
