Job summary

Brillante Academy seeks dedicated Teacher Assistant to support lead teachers in delivering personalized instruction within a two-way, dual-language classroom across English and Spanish. You will help with lesson delivery, data tracking, and classroom responsibilities to support student growth.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least a high school diploma (or GED) with an associate degree or 48 college hours preferred, and demonstrate commitment to the school's

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Associates Degree (or 48 college hours) preferred for growth into teaching roles.
• High School Diploma or GED required as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small group instruction to provide individualized support.
• Prepare and deliver whole group lessons with support from lead teacher.
• Assist in customizing lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
• Support lead special education teacher with behavior management techniques.
• Track data as instructed by the lead teacher.
• Assist with attendance, materials, and parent communication as needed.
• Provide personal care services for students as needed.
