Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria (must be willing to obtain if not already available).
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
