Qualifications

• Four-year degree or technical education in engineering, supply chain, or business, or a combination.
• 1-3 years in complex supply chains; wind industry experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration; bilingual in Korean or Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between manufacturing, procurement, sales, construction, and transport to meet customer demands.
• Serve as regional Supply Chain go-to person when leadership is unavailable.
• Translate regional forecasts into global S&OP numbers and align with capacity allocations.
• Evaluate projects for financial impact and find solutions prioritizing overall portfolio value.
• Lead process improvements and ensure on-time delivery at lowest cost.
