You’ll greet customers, assist with product selection, and maintain store visuals while collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and ensure visual standards are maintained.
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele to ensure retention.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment and act as brand ambassador.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Adhere to professional regulations and company code of conduct.
• Attend meetings and communicate shift punctuality to management.
• Represent the brand with style and connection to local communities.
