Job summary

Residing Hope is seeking an on-site instructor to deliver a bilingual English/Spanish curriculum. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with duties including initial assessments, placing minors at appropriate levels, and tracking progress with a personalized Educational Plan (PEP).

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in education and two years of teaching experience, plus immunization verification. Pay is $22 per hour under a contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience teaching or instructing min ants or youth preferred.
• Immunization proof as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the curriculum prepared by the Education Coordinator/teacher.
• Administer pre-test and post-test to the minors and evaluate them.
• Conduct the initial educational assessment.
• Place newly admitted minors at the appropriate instructional level based on their educational background.
• Complete a personalized educational plan (PEP).
• Conduct periodic evaluations of the minors and complete the progressive report.
