Flexible Educators is seeking dependable bilingual Substitute Teachers to support local schools in the Greeley, Colorado area. This in-person role offers daily pay of $150–$200 and weekly pay.

You will teach in English and Spanish, follow lesson plans, assist with daily routines, and help create a positive classroom environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position provides flexible scheduling and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Colorado Substitute Teaching Authorization or ability to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Experience in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Dependable, patient, flexible, and adaptable
• Ability to pass background checks and onboarding procedures
• Ability to follow lesson plans

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and instructions from the regular teacher
• Provide bilingual instruction in English and Spanish as needed
• Assist students with assignments and daily routines
• Help bilingual students understand lessons and communicate effectively
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behavior according to school policies
• Take attendance and complete required documentation
• Communicate professionally with school staff and administrators
• Adapt to different grade levels and classroom environments
