Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. They are responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Location and Working Hours: The selected candidate will work at Store #3287, located at 5783 US Route 6, Portage, IN 46368. This store is part of a group of stores. The role may require covering hours at the following locations: Crown Point, IN Store 1863; Merrillville, IN Store 3036; Valparaiso South Store 3069; and Valparaiso North Store 3909. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $16.40 per hour.
