Job description

Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure high client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain the store's quality and visual standards. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

The selected individual will work at Store #3098, located at 3105 Holden Beach Rd, Holden Beach, NC 28462. This is a Part-Time position.

Job duties include customer contact, which may involve minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is required to protect the business, staff, customers, and the public.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
