Job description

Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. They are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high standards of quality and visual presentation in the store. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals.

Job duties include contact with customers, which may involve minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company conducts criminal history reviews to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public. The selected individual will work at Store #5481, located at 1144 Northern Blvd. South Abbington Township, PA 18411.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
2. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future
3. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
4. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
5. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
6. Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
7. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED
2. At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
3. Previous experience selling paint and related products
4. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment

Responsibilities
