Responsibilities

• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout hiring and onboarding processes.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to grow partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns professionally and timely.
• Support branch growth initiatives and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required

• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
