Job summary

Shyft6 is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support staffing and recruiting operations for our client. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and employees, guiding them from submission through onboarding and ongoing assignment support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. English and Spanish communication skills are required, with experience in staffing, HR, and ATS usage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or related field.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive follow-up and ownership of tasks.
• Professional demeanor with customer service focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and hiring events.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and answer questions.
• Track candidates through the process and follow up on items.
• Maintain accurate candidate and staffing records in ATS and systems.
• Ensure open positions are actively supported and progress is made.
