Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, is seeking a Bilingual Sr. Corporate Loan Processor to obtain and verify documentation for underwriting, communicating with customers and Loan Officers to secure final loan approval.

The role supports dedicated branches, manages a robust pipeline of loans, and ensures compliance with RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg B, while performing required disclosures and documentation in the LOS system. Remote, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and loan regulations (Reg Z and Reg B)
• Experience with Encompass
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with DU/LP, Microsoft Outlook and Windows
• Fluent in Spanish and English for internal/external communication

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors and customers to obtain missing documentation. Verify orders, payoff information, and invoices.
• Review borrower credit, income, and assets per loan program before underwriting.
• Ensure a complete loan package is submitted with all required documents.
• Prepare loan approval summaries for missing items for underwriting review.
• Transfer documented files to underwriter for final decision (approved or denied).
• Maintain a pipeline of 40 active loans and fund 27 units per month.
• Adhere to SLAs and EST close dates while prioritizing workloads.
• Review loans for compliance with RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.
• Prepare disclosures and re-disclosures as required by regulations.
• Document communications in the LOS system.
• Assist in coverage of colleagues’ pipelines as needed.

The Bilingual Sr. Corporate Loan Processor works with dedicated branches at CrossCountry Mortgage.**Job Responsibilities:*** Communicate with various companies to obtain vendor information including, but not limited to, verification of employment, title commitment, and payoff information. Verify vendor orders are completed and returned, and invoices are received and documented.* Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower’s credit, income and assets as required by loan program before submitting the file to underwriting.* Obtain a complete loan package before submitting to underwriting. Verify all required documentation in the file is complete and accurate and identifies any potential issues that may arise before submitting to underwriting.* Prepare a loan approval summary for missing documentation before submitting to underwriting for Loan Officer/Branch Manager to review. Transfer a completely documented file to the underwriter to be approved or denied.* Directly communicate with customers to obtain missing documentation required for the loan.* Consistently manage a pipeline of 40 active loans and fund a minimum of 27 units per month.* Manage pipeline within allotted turn times, prioritizing loans based on the department’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and estimated close dates.* Participate in branch pipeline calls, as necessary.* Complete all training classes assigned by CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC before the due date.* Review loans for compliance within RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc. (all mortgage related regulations).* Prepare proper disclosures and re-disclosures as required by regulations.* Complete required loan submission, re-submission, and closing checklists.* Document all communication related to the loan application in the LOS system’s conversation log.* Assist in coverage of co-worker’s pipelines when needed.* Assist closing, secondary, and servicing to obtain documentation needed to clear outstanding suspense items for personal loans worked on and/or loans worked on from other team members.* Modify work schedule and occasionally work overtime as needed to fulfill responsibilities based on business needs.* Performs other duties as required.**Qualifications and Skills:*** High School Diploma or equivalent.* 3-5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.* Knowledge of RESPA guidelines, all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents.* Previous experience with Encompass.* Excellent math and analytical skills.* Excellent communication skills.* Skilled at prioritizing to meet deadlines.* Proficient knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.* **Fluency in the languages of Spanish and English in order to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, of whom may speak only English or Spanish.**This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
