InspireNOLA Charter Schools is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to support K-12 students facing daily communication challenges. Responsibilities include screening students, developing Individualized Education Plans, and conducting therapy sessions.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Speech/Language Pathology (Master’s preferred) and Louisiana certification. A commitment to InspireNOLA's mission and bilingual skills are essential. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, is offered.

Speech therapists who work at InspireNOLA have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of students and families by addressing the unique needs of students who exhibit challenges with daily communication due to disorders in the areas of language, articulation, fluency, and voice. Therapists support these students by creating a safe space to build new language skills, positively motivating students with disabilities, and utilizing a variety of instructional techniques appropriate to students’ abilities while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment.
