Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position near Evanston, Illinois, serving Kindergarten through 8th grade across one to two schools with a bilingual caseload. The role includes delivering services, conducting screenings and assessments, and developing IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active LBS1 certification or equivalent required.
• Experience in school-based speech-language pathology.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Comfortable working with grades K-8.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services to a bilingual K-8 caseload.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement IEPs with interdisciplinary teams.
• Consult and communicate with educators, families, and support staff.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation per district guidelines.
• Participate in interviews as scheduled.
