Therapy 2000 in Kyle/San Marcos, TX seeks a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, CCC/CFY (English/Spanish) for home-based pediatric therapy. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with families and healthcare teams to support speech and feeding outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.

• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with medical teams and coordinate care across providers.
• Meet minimum patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Maintain timely chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and local laws for home-health SLP.

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.

Clinical Feeding Mentorship Pathway

• Interested SLPs can grow into skilled pediatric feeding therapists through a structured, apprenticeship-style mentorship.
• Training is guided by Clinical Feeding Specialists who assess skill level through observation and a Knowledge & Skills Checklist.
• Support may include shadowing, co-treatments, live documentation coaching, and a gradual transition to independent feeding cases based on experience and patient complexity.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech language pathology.
