Carolina Pediatric Therapy in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to children and families in English and Spanish.

Join a collaborative pediatric team with dedicated mentorship, protected planning time, and a variety of settings including clinics, schools, homes, and telehealth to support family-centered care and bilingual service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level SLP licensed in NC or eligible for licensure.
• ASHA-certified or eligible for certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years pediatric experience preferred.
• Feeding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children.
• Serve families in English and Spanish.

The Role

As a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within an integrated pediatric care model.

You’ll have the opportunity to serve families in both English and Spanish, helping ensure children and caregivers can fully participate in their therapy experience and feel understood, respected, and supported.

You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and celebrates one another’s growth.

• Speech sound disorders
• Language and communication disorders
• AAC
• Autism
• Early intervention
• Social communication
• Fluency
• Feeding and swallowing
• Developmental disabilities

Requirements

• Master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in North Carolina or eligible for NC licensure
• ASHA-certified or eligible for certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred
• Strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
• Feeding experience is a plus
• Passion for family-centered, culturally responsive pediatric care
