Job summary

Carolina Pediatric Therapy in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a full-time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children and families in English and Spanish within an integrated pediatric care model.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, have dedicated mentorship, and opportunities to develop bilingual, culturally responsive services across clinics, schools, homes, and telehealth, with generous benefits including a 3-week PTO and 10 paid

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active NC licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
• ASHA certification or eligibility required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish essential for service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children and families.
• Deliver bilingual services in English and Spanish within an integrated pediatric care model.

The Role

As a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within an integrated pediatric care model.

You’ll have the opportunity to serve families in both English and Spanish, helping ensure children and caregivers can fully participate in their therapy experience and feel understood, respected, and supported.

Requirements

• Master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in North Carolina or eligible for NC licensure
• ASHA-certified or eligible for certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred
• Strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
• Feeding experience is a plus
• Passion for family-centered, culturally responsive pediatric care
