Qualifications

• Successful completion of student teaching requirements and coursework to obtain the Illinois teaching license(s).
• Possess Illinois State Board of Education bilingual endorsement for the taught grade level.
• Knowledge of state certification requirements and best teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lessons aligned with objectives and standards.
• Administer tests and language assessments to evaluate language ability.
• Maintain attendance records and student progress notes.
