Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, including an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner.

• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.
