Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, including active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, professional and confident in video and audio interactions.
