Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

Overview

As a Tax Expert, you will help clients complete their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, and managing inquiries. This is a remote, customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax knowledge and PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxes and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable with video and audio communication.
