Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally, friendly, and confidently via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Willingness to obtain or possess internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions for accurate records.
