Job summary

Speech Kids NY seeks a bilingual Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CF for an immediate preschool-based role in Brooklyn, NY 11219. The position is full-time, in-person, with 30 hours per week including therapy and documentation.

The compensation features hourly rates of $100 for licensed bilingual SLPs or $90 for CFs, with 30 hours paid weekly, including 25 hours of therapy and 5 hours of paperwork and notes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current NYS TSSLD certification.
• Passing BEA scores or a valid bilingual extension in Spanish.
• Eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship or an active New York State SLP license.
• Ability to provide services in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual speech and language therapy to preschool students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prepare session notes, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and members of the educational team.
• Maintain compliance with students’ IEP mandates and applicable regulations.

Compensation

• Licensed Bilingual Spanish SLP: $100 per hour
• Bilingual Spanish Clinical Fellow: $90 per hour
