Symphony ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This part-time role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while supporting clients with developmental disabilities and autism.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, and educate clients and families about behavioral health concepts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish speaking proficiency.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices advantageous.
• Familiarity with care plans and applied behavior analysis principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assist clients compassionately.
