The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In-office schedule Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm with benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Fill open shifts and respond to call-outs and scheduling changes.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, location, skills, and client needs.
• Assist with new client scheduling and service coordination.
• Work closely with clinical, recruiting, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and client information in our systems.
• Help resolve scheduling concerns quickly and professionally.

Bilingual Home Care Scheduler – Full Time (In Person)

Stoneham, MA | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year

Abernathy Home Care is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Bilingual Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team in Stoneham, MA.

This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and helping ensure our clients receive reliable, consistent care. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing changing schedules and priorities throughout the day.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability
• Fill open shifts and respond to call-outs and scheduling changes
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, location, skills, and client needs
• Assist with new client scheduling and service coordination
• Work closely with our clinical, recruiting, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate scheduling and client information in our systems
• Help resolve scheduling concerns quickly and professionally
• Participate in the agency's on-call rotation as needed

Compensation & Benefits
