AT&T Springfield, VA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and drive sales performance. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, manage merchandising and product launches, and coordinate promotional events to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will oversee all aspects of store performance, including staffing, training, and executing initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

This position is located in - SPRINGFIELD, VA (SPRINGFIELD)

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $61,700.00 - $92,500.00 + commission $24,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
