AT&T Mobility Services in New York seeks a Retail Store Manager who speaks Spanish and English. You will oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while leading a team to deliver exceptional sales and service.

This role offers paid training, bilingual pay incentives, and a total compensation range of $66,100–$99,100 plus up to $22,000 in annual commissions, depending on geography and performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Salary

Our Retail Store Manager earn between $66,100 - $99,100 + $22,000 in annual commissions yearly when sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
