AT&T Mobility Services in Newark, DE is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through product options using a consultative approach. You’ll join a community-focused team, handling in-store interactions, online orders and outbound calls to prospective customers.

The role offers a 40-hour work week, with shifts 9am–9pm including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you succeed.

• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; schedules released 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• New hires may receive training to achieve targets and goals.
