Job summary

AT&T in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English. You’ll meet customers on the sales floor with a consultative approach, guide options, and help them choose devices and services.

You need 40 hours weekly, including weekends, with a starting pay of $21.43–$24.95/hr plus $13,700 in commissions; top performers exceed $60k. Comprehensive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 days per week on location, no relocation offered.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions; stay current with evolving products and services.
• Be flexible with a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 40-hour weeks.
