Job summary

AT&T in Memphis is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Retail Sales Consultant. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, handle events, online orders, and outbound calls, and work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided to help you meet and exceed sales goals. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions and benefits.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule that includes weekends between 9am–9pm with advance notice.
• Support evolving product offerings and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
