What to expect:

1. Sales floor: Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
2. Community involvement: Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
3. Schedule: Work hours between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends. Monthly schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
4. Environment: A fast-paced setting where flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
5. Experience: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.

Salary and commissions: Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $12.92 - $14.72 per hour, plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if sales goals are met. Top performers can earn over $62,460 annually with uncapped commissions. Starting salary depends on location, experience, expertise, and training.
