Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in California is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks English and Spanish to guide customers with personalized product recommendations and close sales. The role includes meeting sales targets and earning uncapped commissions tied to performance.

You will work on the sales floor using a consultative approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls.

This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer's needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
