AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Jackson, Wyoming. This role focuses on delivering personalized sales experiences using AT&T’s product suite, with a goal of meeting sales targets and earning commissions.

You’ll engage customers on the floor with a consultative approach, participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to potential clients. A background in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus, and extensive training is provided.

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.

You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $58,857 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.

AT&T reserves the right, at its discretion, to pay your bonus payments of $1,500 after 90-days of your first date of employment and the second payment of $1,500 after you complete 180 days of employment(6 months). Your receipt of these bonus payouts are contingent upon your agreement with the terms set forth under Agreement for Repayment of Sign On Bonus and in general, provides that you will repay the bonus if you voluntarily terminate your employment within 12 months of the first day of your employment. Program ends 09/30/2026
