Job summary

AT&T in USA/CA Hanford is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English to connect with customers, guide choices, and meet sales targets using AT&T's products.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with training provided if you lack prior retail experience. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with strong earning potential shown by top performers.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $19.17 - $22.62 per hour plus $13,700 commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $75,851 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
