As a My Wireless Retail Sales Associate, your day-to-day will include:

• Engaging with My Wireless customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding your customer through the buying process.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on our management team
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual skills (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the US, and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

The physical demands include standing and walking for prolonged periods, occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds, reaching, climbing ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of small parts and merchandise. Visual requirements include working with small parts and prolonged screen time, which can be managed with corrective lenses if needed.
