As a Bilingual English/Spanish Branch Banker within PNC's Metro Market/Mid-Market Region, based in Garfield, New Jersey, you will be responsible for:

• Acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Driving proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to enhance client loyalty.
• Creating customer loyalty and expanding customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences, lobby engagement, and educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively to foster loyalty.
• Managing risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch daily operations efficiently and accurately.
