Job summary

AT&T in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English. You will guide customers with a consultative approach and work with our latest devices and services to help families and communities stay connected.

Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, with seniority-based planning. Starting salary ranges from $27,000 to $48,000 plus uncapped commissions, depending on geography, experience, and training. Benefits are available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required or strongly preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience a plus.
• Training provided for those without sales experience.

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $27,000– $48,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
