Job summary

AT&T in Clifton, New Jersey is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who can speak Spanish and English and deliver personalized sales assistance across our wireless products and services.

You’ll work a schedule 9 am–9 pm including weekends, with uncapped commission opportunities and pay that may start higher for bilingual candidates.

Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and AT&T provides training and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Salary & Compensation

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $47,000 to $75,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
