Job Summary: The Sales Associate maintains high standards of customer service, drives sales, manages merchandising, operates POS systems, and adheres to company policies and store standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of sales and customer service, including generating sales, maintaining product knowledge, and developing client relationships.
• Greet and advise customers, process transactions accurately, and manage returns and exchanges.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store displays.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Support in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; degree in Retail, Fashion, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in high-end retail or boutique sales.
• Proficient in Cegid, UPS systems, Microsoft Office, and POS transactions.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Includes standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 pounds, and working inside and outside environments.

Salary: $21.45 - $25.00 per hour
