Bilingual Spanish Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Palo Alto, CA with a mission-driven organization providing integrated behavioral health services to pediatric and adult populations. This role focuses on one-on-one therapy with minimal administrative burden, supported by a dedicated case management team.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $66,560 - $104,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to a diverse patient population
• Offer warm handoffs and crisis intervention as needed
• Serve pediatric patients with ADHD and adults in high-stress environments
• Flexible scheduling: Full-time and part-time positions available (minimum 2 days per week)
• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately one patient per hour (45-minute sessions with 15 minutes for documentation)
• Utilize Epic EMR for recordkeeping

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• Experience in hospital or integrated health settings preferred
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities
