Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring Janitors and Custodians to maintain clean, healthy properties for tenants and visitors. Responsibilities include floors, bathrooms, windows, and general upkeep in residential and commercial settings.

You’ll work weekdays or weekends, with a pay rate of $15.50–$17.00 hourly, contributing to a safe environment and top-notch service. We value reliability, teamwork, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment to clean floors and carpets.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types as well.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.
• Assisting building management with all projects and all other job duties as requested.
