Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an Residential HVAC Install Helper in a full-time, year-round capacity in Miami. You will assist lead installers with system replacements, report to the warehouse daily to load parts, and work hands-on to support field installations with growth potential in the skilled trades.

The role requires at least 1 year of HVAC field experience and EPA Type 1/2 or Universal certification, plus a strong work ethic and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC experience in the field.
• EPA Certification Type 1 & 2 or Universal.
• Must report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts.
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
