$1,000 sign-on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/2025. Sign-on bonus is paid in two increments: $500 after 500 hours worked and another $500 after 1,000 hours. Caregiver must be active and meet verification requirements. Bonuses paid within 30 days of eligibility. Previous caregivers not employed since before 1/1/2024 are eligible. Transferring caregivers from within the Help at Home portfolio are not eligible.
