Essential Job Functions

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, navigating multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues.

Customer Care Coordinators must communicate professionally and conversationally, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Punctuality, reliability, problem-solving skills, integrity, and dedication to making a difference are essential.

The Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish, speaking and writing)
  • Must type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of mandatory training
  • Customer service experience
  • Preferred: 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment
  • Preferred: 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software

Compensation:

The hourly wage range is $16.00-$28.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.

Experience in retail, contact center operations, or related areas.
