Help at Home, LLC in Illinois is seeking bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aides to support seniors in their homes. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping with daily activities and ensuring comfort and safety.

This role offers competitive pay of $18.75–$21.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, health insurance, paid holidays and PTO, with training and room for growth in a leading in-home care company. Prior relevant experience is not required, and CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• No experience required, CNA certification encouraged.
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Asa Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
