PRACTICE is seeking a bilingual tutor (Spanish/English) to provide in-person English Language Arts support to students. No prior tutoring experience is required, and ideal candidates are fluent in both languages and passionate about helping students succeed.

As a PRACTICE Education Champion, you will work with classroom teachers to strengthen reading, writing, and comprehension skills, building student confidence and academic growth in a supportive environment.

PRACTICE is hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Tutors to provide in-person English Language Arts (ELA) support to students. This is an excellent opportunity for college students, recent graduates, and individuals interested in gaining hands‑on experience in education.

No previous tutoring experience is required! If you're fluent in Spanish and English, dependable, and passionate about helping students succeed, we encourage you to apply.

As a PRACTICE Education Champion, you'll work alongside classroom teachers to strengthen students' reading, writing, and comprehension skills while building their academic confidence.

Position Details

• Compensation: $27–$30 per hour

• Format: In-person tutoring

• Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

• Hours: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (12 hours per week)

• Subject: English Language Arts (ELA) : Reading & Writing

• Language Requirement: Proficiency in Spanish and English

• Completion Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 10% of total program earnings upon successful program completion, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or youth-development experience is a plus, but not required.
