- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, including speaking on the phone while using a computer and keyboard simultaneously
- Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both Spanish and English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
