Summary:

As a bilingual (Spanish & English) client service representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth, supporting retention and expansion objectives. You will provide phone-based support to customers from your home, resolving and escalating product & platform issues, and answering account and billing questions. Your communication skills and customer-first mindset will help you empathetically collaborate with TCP’s customers to resolve their issues.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat per SOPs.
  2. Use TCP’s tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for daily operations.
  3. Escalate and assign issues to relevant departments as needed.
  4. Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  5. Investigate, research, and provide accurate solutions.
  6. Maintain and update customer records during interactions.
  7. Achieve KPIs for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
  8. Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  9. Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  10. Handle service cancellations, applying retention strategies and resolutions.
  11. Complete cancellations training and apply retention strategies as part of daily responsibilities.

What we are looking for:

  1. Fully bilingual/native in Spanish & English communication.
  2. Technological requirements: Dedicated home workspace needed; equipment details will be sent via email during the interview process.
  3. Comfortable working remotely in Eastern Time Zone for an 8-hour shift with 30 mins unpaid lunch and two 15 mins unpaid breaks.
  4. Availability for Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Eastern Time.
  5. 1-2 years' experience in customer service within the B2C financial and banking services industry.
  6. Knowledge of the US credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  7. Customer-first orientation and empathy towards customer needs.
  8. Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  9. Hunger to learn and familiarize oneself with TCP’s technological suite.
