Summary:
As a bilingual (Spanish & English) client service representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth, supporting retention and expansion objectives. You will provide phone-based support to customers from your home, resolving and escalating product & platform issues, and answering account and billing questions. Your communication skills and customer-first mindset will help you empathetically collaborate with TCP’s customers to resolve their issues.
